Review Policy

Who can submit a review?

Reviews may be submitted by current or former students, or parents of students who attended or enquired at the listed institute. We may ask for verification to confirm authenticity before a review is published.

What we check before publishing

Every review is read by our team before going live. We check that it:

• Does not contain abusive, offensive or defamatory language
• Is not spam (repeated submissions, gibberish, promotional content)
• Refers to a genuine experience at the listed institute
• Does not include personal contact details of individuals

If a review passes these checks, it is published — regardless of whether it is positive or negative.

What we will never do

• Remove a genuine negative review because an institute requests it
• Edit or alter the substance of a review to make it more favourable
• Move a low-rated institute up in search because they are a paying client
• Accept payment to improve ratings or suppress reviews

Responding to reviews (for institutes)

Listed institutes may submit a response to any review through their admin dashboard. Responses are published alongside the review and clearly labelled as the institute's reply. Institutes cannot edit or delete the original review.

Flagging a review

If you believe a review is false, was submitted by a competitor, or violates our policy, you can flag it for investigation using the "Report" link on the review or by contacting us at our contact page. We will investigate within 5 working days. Confirmed violations will be removed; unsubstantiated complaints will not result in removal.

Rating calculation

Ratings are calculated as a straight average of all published star ratings for that institute. Ratings are not weighted by paid status, recency or any other commercial factor.

Anonymous reviews

Reviewers may choose to display only their first name and batch year for privacy. However, we internally record contact details of the reviewer and may reach out for verification if the review is disputed. We will not share a reviewer's identity with the institute being reviewed.
