By accessing or using SelectCoaching.in ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. What SelectCoaching.in is

SelectCoaching.in is an information and comparison platform. We do not directly provide coaching or educational services. We connect students and parents with coaching institutes. We are not a party to any agreement between a student and an institute.

3. Accuracy of information

Institute information is provided by the institutes themselves or sourced from publicly available data. SelectCoaching.in makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but does not guarantee the completeness or currency of fees, batch sizes, faculty or results data. Always verify directly with the institute before making any payment or admission decision.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false reviews or impersonate another person
• Use the Platform to harass, defame or harm any individual or institute
• Scrape, copy or redistribute institute data without permission
• Use automated tools to submit enquiries, reviews or contact forms
• Attempt to access any backend systems or admin panel without authorisation

5. Content submitted by users

By submitting a review, enquiry or any other content, you grant SelectCoaching.in a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish and display that content on the Platform. You confirm that the content is truthful and does not violate any third party's rights.

6. Institutes

By registering on the Platform, institutes agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. SelectCoaching.in reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that contains false information, receives substantiated complaints, or violates these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

SelectCoaching.in is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this Platform, from transactions between students and institutes, or from any interruption or error in service. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Intellectual property

All design, content and code on SelectCoaching.in (except institute-provided content) is the property of SelectCoaching.in. You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute it without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The "last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
